How do I get into the festival FREE? Working as a volunteer for only 4 hours gets you into the festival for free, along with food tickets. Sign up at: http://niagaraceltic.com/fest_getinvolved.html#volunteer

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. If you forget, you can have your tickets on a mobile phone to scan or be prepared to show ID at the Ticket Entrance to verify your purchase.

What is the age minimum for the senior discount? Our senior discount is available for ages 60+ with valid ID shown in order to enter the grounds.

Who qualifies for the student discount? Middle, high school and college students qualify with valid ID at the Front Entrance. Kids 12 & under are Free.

Is there an age limit to enter the event? All ages are welcome. Children 12 & under are free, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Where do I park? Parking is free and availability is based your arrival each day. Off-site parking is available at The Kenan Center; details here: http://niagaraceltic.com/fest_planyourvisit.html#tickets

What is allowed at the festival?

  • Lawn chairs, chairs, jackets, sweaters and blankets are encouraged
  • Water
  • Strollers, small wagons for children
  • Festival Re-Entry: Tickets include wristbands which allow same day re-entry anytime at all our gates.
  • Dogs are permitted but owners MUST COMPLETE A WAIVER and follow all rules. See Rules at http://niagaraceltic.com/fest_planyourvisit.html#dog

You cannot bring:

  • Animals other than dogs
  • Outside alcohol
  • Outside food & drink
  • Smoking
  • Tents
  • Coolers and baskets
  • Bikes, roller blades, skateboards, etc.
  • Peddling or soliciting
  • Drones

Any items brought onto the festival grounds from this list, or which are deemed a nuisance or danger to others, must be removed from the property upon request. Guests may be removed from the premises as well with no refunds.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? It is just fine if one name is on all your tickets.

Can I buy tickets anywhere? No, this is the only valid place to buy online tickets. Tickets cannot be resold and are voided if attempted. If you cannot use your tickets, request a refund prior to 9/15/24.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes- please email [email protected] to process a transfer.

Can I receive a refund? Tickets can be refunded before festival weekend. No tickets can be refunded after Sept. 14, 2025. Any used tickets will not be refunded. No refunds given for complimentary tickets or ticket vouchers.

I have a few ticket vouchers; how do I order them in one transaction? You can only use 1 promo code per transaction. Registration is fast and easy to repeat for each voucher you've been given.
